When you access the EgyHost platform, authenticate using Discord OAuth, or place orders, we collect details necessary to maintain your account:
- Discord profile metrics (Discord ID, Username, Avatar URL, and Global Name)
- Email address associated with your profile
- IP Addresses and browser session metadata for security and logging
- Server deployment details and purchase logs
2. How We Use Your Data
The collected information is used solely to provide and support our hosting services:
- To authenticate your client session and manage your dashboard access
- To allocate and deploy server resources (Bots, Web, and MTA)
- To process wallet credits and link purchases to your identity
- To provide technical assistance and billing support via Discord tickets
- To safeguard our infrastructure against DDoS attacks and security threats
3. Third-Party Integrations
EgyHost does not sell, trade, or share your personal data with marketing companies. We only interact with trusted third-party services essential for operational capability:
- Discord API: Used for secure and instant login.
- Local Egyptian Payment Gateways: Used strictly during payment processing.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your account profile and server deployment configuration files as long as your account remains active.
In compliance with server resource limits, files of suspended accounts (due to violation of acceptable use or unpaid terms) will be permanently deleted after 1 week. You can request complete account deletion at any time via a support ticket.
5. Security Measures
We implement industry-grade technical and organizational protection protocols, including encrypted JWT database sessions, secure SSL gateways, database firewalls, and active DDoS shielding to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or leaks.
